About Trip

Gokyo is one of the largest settlements in the valley of the glacier Ngozumpa, which is the largest glacier in Nepal. The Gokyo lakes are the world’s highest freshwater lake system comprising six main lakes, of which Thonak Lake is the largest.

This trek leads you through the home of the legendary Sherpa's at the foot of the highest mountains in the world. Some Highlights of this 19-days trek are the Gokyo valley, the source of the Gokyo Lake, the Everest Base Camp, Kala Patthar, the Tengboche Monastery, Khumjung and Namche Bazar. The Gokyo - Chola Pass - EBC Trek offer you the possibility to summit the Gokyo Peak 5'357 m, which gives you a fantastic panoramic view of Cho Oyo Everest, Makalu etc. The trek through the Khumbu Himal, Gokyo Valley and over the pass provides one of the best and most dramatic landscapes.
